Trial Preparation Work
Serafin assists carriers and their defense firms in the preparation for a trial. This assistance includes, but is not limited to, verifying loss of income, determining history of prior injuries, securing answering of interrogatories, developing prior claims, obtaining hospital records, locating witnesses, serving subpoenas, and providing transportation services.
