Serafin Investigations conducts thorough PIP Eligibility Investigations to gather evidence to see if a claimant qualifies for benefits under an insured’s policy.  We conduct Motor Vehicle Searches, Computer Searches and complete field investigations to determine who a claimant resided with on the date of accident, the relationship of the people the claimant resided with and find out if a resident relative of the claimant owned a vehicle that was insured on the date of accident.
